Rock salt is a pure form of sodium chloride. Mined in foothills of himalayas it is also known by different names like most common is “Sendha Namak ” in hindi, “uppu” in south, “Mithum ” in gujrati. All different names but same magical benefits we have if incorporated in our diet. Himalyan pink salt is the best type of rock salt ,it is rich in different minerals.
